Elegant Communication Solutions, LLC, was founded by Glenn Winfree in 2008 to offer interpersonal skills training and leadership development coaching for executives, managers, pastors, educators, and professionals. This training is accomplished using the Process Communication Model® (PCM), developed by Taibi Kahler, PhD.
Practical and easy-to-use, the Process Communication Model is an assessment that helps you quickly identify key personality characteristics and distress patterns of others. By observing behavioral clues such as language patterns, gestures, body language, appearance, and vocabulary. Proper assessment and identification leads to individualized solutions that minimize stress and enhance communication.
Our owner, Glenn, has more than 15 years' experience as a trainer and coach in corporate America. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford. Certified by Dr. Taibi Kahler's organization, Kahler Communications, Glenn now teaches PCM and has earned separate certifications for business, spiritual applications, and education.
